on my Facebook page. Please mail me, message me or go over to Facebook to make contact and request a healing session or sessions. Cost: R250 or US18 or EU17. See an article about distant healing on the site of the International Centre for Reiki Training:

“One of the basic teachings of healing with Reiki is that we are more than our physical bodies. We also have an energy body made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways.) Like our physical body that takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy body does the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down, and the meridians distribute it throughout the body.”

The Centre is named for the Arura Healing Plant. “The Latin botanical name for Arura is Terminalia chebula. In Tibetan medicine we use the fruit of the Terminalia chebula, it is considered to be a great panacea. There are five different types of Arura and the most highly prized Arura is called “the victorious one” (Aru Namgyal).”

Thanks from a past student, Tom Radzienda, who created his own manuals and Reiki Centre in Thailand:

“I extend deepest thanks to Carol Knox of the Arura Reiki Centre, South Africa, for her instruction and guidance in Reiki over the last several years. Several of her suggestions and techniques have been integrated into this training manual.
